SVN API

We're going to build a web frontend to subversion - very simply and for
internal usage, but powerful since we will be linking in other project
information. However, we have some trouble figuring out the svn api.

Is there a way to enumerate all repositories on a given server, using the
current api? If not, will this be available any time soon?
