Oh, come on. This is not messy. The admin has to do a "svnadmin create" AND
a "svnadmin delete". How messy is that? Anyway, deleting repositories is
something I'd do on a yearly basis, at most...

Soon, you'll start getting request about making all the repository
maintenance functionality available over the protocol so that people can
start making admin clients, thus beeing able to create and delete
repositories, running repairs, purges, dumps and so from a GUI/webapp ;-)
