[TSVN] First Korean Translation Release.

I am happy to translate resources to Korean.
and, seeking an understanding with you, credit manager, about displaying
translators.
There is no resource for that.
So I wrote my name and email address by the authors string.
If it is possible, I recommend that about-box have a space for the
localizing translators credit. :)

And more, I haven't seen the translated string vialTortoiseSVN 1.0.6 even
though you show the way with ResText.exe. I will try it more..

Whenever I misunderstanding the context which uses the original english
text, I will fix it up and repost the po file.
