It's part of the poEdit distribution.
You'll find msgfmt.exe in C:\Program Files\poEdit\bin
Run msgfmt --help and it'll tell you it's options
msgfmt --check-accelerators Tortoise_kr.po will do just this, check for
missing accelerator keys :-)

Thanks, now I don't get complaints from msgfmt anymore.

The "not translated" just tells you that some strings in your po file, which
is "newer" than the Tortoise 1.0.6 Language dlls did not match. When we
build the Tortoise 1.0.7 Language dlls you will hopefully see 100%
translations. I think the current result is good.

Lacking the proper font, I just see squares, so I can't see the problem...
:-(
Attached is a screenshot of my ContextMenu. All the entries look different,
so I think it's ok. I'll send you an installer by private mail. Please tell
me if that one works for you.
I honestly don't know. Maybe it's a problem with ResText, that it doesn't
insert the translated strings properly. Is your po File in UTF-8 or Unicode?
Maybe that is a problem?
We know that restext works correctly with european languages and UTF-8.
That's one of the reasons why I'm calling out for translators now, so we can
sort out the problems early.
Which are the settings in poEdit (on the page where you entered your e-mail
address)?
Please don't make fullquotes below your reply. Nobody reads them, nobody
needs them.
Cheers
