Question about propset

I've sent a request for online support to Microsoft, in which I ask them for the patch to fix the bug in the KB article. Now I'm just waiting for a response from them. If they don't respond today, then I won't get a response until Monday or after. I could try their 24/hour support, but I don't want to risk them not reimbursing me for the high cost of that.
