I just had to set up Subversion 1.2.3 on CentOS 3.6 today. I used the RPMs
from this site:

http://the.earth.li/pub/subversion/summersoft.fay.ar.us/pub/subversion/latest/rhel-3/bin/

For client use, I only had to install neon-0.24.7-1.i386.rpm and
subversion-1.2.3-1.rhel3.i386.rpm. I just did a quick 'svn co' to test it,
and things are running fine.
