No, it was a sarcastic one, though the sarcasm apparently did not
translate. The RA layer is a GOOD THING. That's one of the
reasons i think the pre-commit hook solves the access control
better than mod_authz_svn.

For now, anyway. Where's that ACL subsystem? :)
