Tortoise SVN 1.9.4 doesn't save auth data

I've installed Tortoise SVN 1.9.4 and noticed that this version doesn't store authentication data locally. That means I had to enter username and password every time I did a SVN update or commit etc.
Tried everything I could find on stackoverflow etc. but nothing worked.

Then I switched back to version 1.8.12 and ever since then I have no problems anymore. The authentication data is stored and I don't have to enter it every time I do a SVN update.

That means that version 1.9.4 probably has a bug.
