I realized this was the default behavior of windows explorer, but the
repo-browser window is already highly customized in functionality. (has
different columns, has different right click menus, even has a different
background image, etc.)
I just noticed on my Windows 7 x64 machine using 1.6.99 build 21779, the
drag/drop cursor is changed to the "unable to drag and drop here" when
you are hovering over a file in the right pane of the repo-browser.
This is exactly what I wanted, so possibly this is just a limitation
with XP not updating the drag and drop cursor correctly...
