For some reason it was set to 400000 lines (I probably increased this at some point).

Setting it back to 4000 causes the OK button to work as expected.

It's curious that this value being large would impact output logs with only a couple of actual lines in them.

(I'm running on a Core i7-930 with 12G memory)
