Is there some more specific discussion of those problems? We also experience some problems with our svn based software, and are scarce on further informations.

Maybe that's the solution for us, too. Although I'd prefer some run-time configuration.

I'm not really using it, I just was trying to debug some IPv6 problems and compare our client with TortoiseSVN. :-)
