Problems with PHP IDE and T.SVN

Hi, I have started using Tortoise SVN for web development in PHP.
I have a problem though: The application is creating and removing folders, and because tortoise is creating hidden and read-only files in those at versioning, my application is not working as it should when I'm working locally in the repository.

Can you make tortoise make all it's files writable?
