Windows Vista : Can't check out Project

I am trying to checkout using TSVN(Version 1.6.3)
, I am running Window Vista 32-bit, and
whenever I do a checkout , after downloading few KBs - the
speed drops to 0Kbps

I tried re-installing TSVN, disabling my anti-virus and firewalls .

I got this working by disconnecting my computer from my LAN and
accessing the internet through a wireless network,

Any ideas ?
