What access method? Does it work if you use a local repository? Or one on the
LAN? Do you have the same problem when using the commandline client?

Typically, I would say it's not a TSVN problem. Further questions are whether
there is a proxy involved in either variant, because not all proxies by
default allow all HTTP requests that SVN needs. Also, is the connection
otherwise filtered by the router/firewall of the LAN? Does either of the two
perhaps have IPv6 addresses? Basically, what is the difference between the
two network connections?
