Resolve Conflict Crash / Tortoise crashes everytime

Good day all,

I have been a long time user of TortoiseSVN and I have recently upgraded to
1.5.0. But it seems that this version of Tortoise is giving me quite a
headache.

Here's my problem:

When even I try to do *any* operation (checkout, update, commit, anything),
the operation is executed normally and the log messages appear in the
message window, but at the end of the operation, I *always* get a resolve
conflict dialog. And if I do anything with that dialog (move it, select any
of the options, etc.) I get a "TortoiseSVN has stopped working..." and I
have to terminate tortoise. This prevents me from doing any commits and I
can't even see the message window content since it is hidden and not updated
anymore.

Did anyone encounter this problem? Can anyone help me?

Notes:

- I am running Vista 64 Business, with 2GB of RAM and an Intel
E8400 CPU.

- My file system is NTFS.

- I am administrator on the machine.

- I tried [uninstalling/reboot/installing/reboot] 3 times, without
luck.

- I tried uninstalling VisualSVN... no luck.

- I tried doing a clean checkout of a repository, same
crash/problem.

I am clueless at this point and need your help!

Thanks!

J-O
