Sorry, but this is clearly an issue with your network setup. Can't help
you there.
Maybe a few pointers:
* seems the number of active connections is limited, either on the
server? Or maybe a router doesn't allow more connections (wireless
routers have usually a limit since they're not that 'powerful')?
* maybe there's a setting that limits connections if a VPN is active?
