The latest nigtly looks much better!

However vanilla blame (without merge info) is now broken. It only shows -1 on all revisions.

I tried the 1.6.0 CLI, and it worked similar to todays TSVN-nightly. It seems like the CLI confuses the first changed revision of some changes, but I do not know why. I have some lines that were changed in say rev 986 (several lines added), and merged in say 1078. But the CLI blame shows the blame for those lines as rev 1 with merge history enabled. Very strange. But I guess this is nothing that can be fixed on the TSVN-side of things...

Over all the blame seems to work much better however (and in line with what I get from the CLI), but I would propose some changes:

I would very much appreciate more details on the merged revisions in blame. Would it be possible to show when the change was merged and by who, for example in the popup-text for now?

Could you also please provide more helpful headers in the generated blame file? I would propose "change rev" and "merge rev" instead of just "rev" and "rev".
