Tested in r10757.
Right drag a folder from left pane onto itself in right pane - works.
Right drag a folder from right pane onto itself in left pane - works.
Right drag a folder from left pane onto itself in left pane - fails.

In the last case it tries to do an export and complains about overwriting files.
