OK, how about this for clarifying the UI without (too much) extra
work. If the source and drop target are the same, add a "SVN
Unversion" context menu entry rather than "SVN Export".

I have not tried this yet (nightly not ready) but it looks as if the
change as it stands will allow export to a different WC, which should
not be allowed. I suppose in theory you might export files from one WC
to another WC rooted in a different repository, but otherwise it makes
little sense.
