TortoiseMerge / TortoiseIDiff am I missing something?

Hi Folks,

I just played around with the latest nightly IDiff and I noticed the
following things when the overlay mode is enabled:

Possible bugs:
1) The toggle button does not work for me. It only switches to one extreme
and stays there.
2) The toggle button is only drawn when the image information is turned on.
3) There is no alpha slider visible. Was it dropped some time ago?
4) Below the toggle button and left of the info box is a rectangle which
doesn't get repainted.
5) Using the arrow keys I can get to 0%,50%,100% transparency. No
intermediate values. Is this correct?

Possible enhancements:
1) In overlay mode, the image URLs are added to the info box which makes it
rather large. It covers ~25% of the Idiff window and is mostly blank. I
suggest to drop the URL from the info box.
2) Second suggestion. Convert the infobox(es) to hint boxes and display them
if the mouse cursor hovers over the diff pane caption bar which contains the
image URLs. Do this no matter if image information is turned on or not.
3) Display only file name and revision in the diff pane caption instead of
the full URL. The important part of the information is at the right end,
where it hidden from the eye. If the Image info including full URL becomes a
hint text, the information is still available.
4) I have the same thought about the TortoiseMerge diff captions and the
application caption. Even if the app is maximized you see only two long
URLs, but file names and Revisions are hidden. This way the taskbar icon
doesn't tell me what I'm diffing.

Attached are two screenshots. Note that ExamDiff doesn't handle the long
path problem better than we do :)
