Hm. I cannot reproduce that. Could you give a specific example?

From what I see in the code, there is nothing "blame-specific" in
the way the log info is fetched: it just fetches all log entries in
copy-following mode. Hence, all revisions that would show up
in the log dialog with "show all" should be there.

This information is fetched only once and then passed by file
to the actual TortoiseBlame application. So, there is no interaction
nor update.
