Please update the tools collection

I study why the generation of chinese pdf documentation broken,
finally found that the fop needed patch.

I upload the patched fop package used by hibernate, and the generated
chinese pdf documentation is good. Please test & update the tools
collection(http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/files/documents/406/11147/Tools.zip).
