Just fixed in revision 9311.

Rearranged the menu entries a little bit in revision 9316.

But I think we shouldn't group 'open' with 'save as' or the other
'save/copy/...' commands. They're different.

I don't think it should have ellipsis. After all, ellipsis should only
be there if there's a dialog *before* the actual command is started. For
example a print dialog where you can choose a lot of options.
But the renaming starts immediately. So no ellipsis.

Yes, also enabled in revision 9316.

Export creates an unversioned copy.
CopyTo only works with URLs (copy to another URL) or existing working
copies (copy an URL to a working copy).
