Repobrowser again

Hi folks,

In the context menu for files, Delete appears twice, as well as
SaveAs. In fact it appears twice in the folder context menu too.

I think Delete should be in the same group as rename, and maybe Copy
to WC should be in that group too.

I'm not sure where SaveAs goes - it's creating an unversioned copy, so
maybe in the group with Open.

Rename should have an ellipsis following - although the renaming is
done in place, there is still a commit dialog to follow.

Should you be able to copy a folder to a WC? There's no menu entry for this.

What is the difference between Export and CopyTo for a folder?
