Bug w/ Externals and commits

I found a bug recently regarding the use of externals when trying to make a
commit.

If I have changes in both the main repository AND something in the external,
they both show up when I do a "check for modifications", but if I try to do
a commit, the changed files in the external do not show up. Thanks!

p.s. I recently converted our whole office to Subversion, and TortoiseSVN
was an essential factor in that conversion! Thanks for the great work!
