request for a different installer

Hi,

We would like to use your software here at Bombardier but our machines are
locked down as far as service packs and accessing the microsoft download
site goes. In other words we can't get the v3.0+ msi installer. We are
at SP4 on Win2000. We do have admin rights but the site is blocked from
our proxy server so we are unable to upgrade our msi installer.

Can you possibly provide an installer for the program that supports us
corporate users? (a normal exe or a v2.0 msi?)

Any help would be appreciated.
