I don't think this would solve any problems. If the "dangerous" menu options
are grouped together you know you have to take care.
If we place them between less dangerous menu options you will mistakenly
pick a dangerous option when you think all is safe :-)

In any case you get a dialog or a warning if you want to delete a locally
modified file, so I don't think we should change the order.
