Can you first send those to me or the list? I'd like to take a look at
it before I decide on whether to put it on our website.

Also, I'd rather have a patch sent to the Subversion list which makes
svnserve.exe a proper windows service.

It's not very hard to implement, but I guess it will be harder to
convince the Subversion guys to apply such a patch: they don't like
#ifdefs in their code or OS dependent code parts.
