I had a look at the previous discussion on their list. That idea had
been suggested before, and rejected because they just don't want to get
involved with OS specifics. All they were prepared to do was provide
links in their FAQ to Magnus's program and srvany from the MS resource
kit. Firedaemon was not allowed to appear in the FAQ because it's
commercial.
