[TSVN] still buggy

Issue #1 — "Renaming folders fools cache" is marked 'Closed', but the
bug still appears in rev 2923.

The empty folder with the same name as a previous WC folder still gets
a wrong overlay icon, and no amount of refreshing or right-clicking
the folder will fix it.
