Yep, I see this with 2923. Delete working copy called trunk, create a
new folder called trunk. It gets an overlay which I can ignore, but the
context menu for TSVN thinks its valid working copy. Surely all shell
operations should actually check the file, not the cache, so as to avoid
making any mistake.
