[TSVN] Nightly Builds msi still at 2816

I notice the nightly build .msi installer version is somewhat behind HEAD.
It was sitting at 2816 last night Melbourne Australia time, (UTC +11)

Is the .msi version prepared separate to the publication of the sources?
