[TSVN] TortoiseSVN - FAQ

I have installed TortoiseSVN in accordance with the latest manuals,
using Apache 2.0.

However, when I attempt to use the Repo-
Browser I get an error PROPFIND Request Failed on SVN/MyNewRepository
Error 405 HTTP Method not allowed.

I have also installed Bugzilla on the same server, on port 80 also, Is
this causing the issue?

How do I get the system set up correctly. It does not appear to work
with any of the commands. However, I do see the repository structure.
