FW: [TSVN] turn off file name completion in commit window log message field

Would someone please tell me how to turn off file name completion in the
commit dialog log message field
(or if it isn't possible to turn off)?

Although this is a cool feature, I'd like to turn it off.
I don't see that option in the windows itself or in TortoiseSVN
settings.
How can I turn it off?
