[TSVN] Re: could Tortoise block subversion upgrades?

A had the same problem during upgrade SVN to 1.1.1 and again now during
upgrade to 1.1.2. I'v reported this problem to SVN user mailing list but
it seems like nobody knows the reason.
I was also trying to identify process which holds the locks on files
(using SysInternals Handle tool) but without success - there were no
such process.
Look at my old post for details :
http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=users&msgNo=20281

But now it seems like TSVN has nothing to do with that.
Yesterday I'v upgraded to TSVN 1.1.2. I'v uninstalled previous version
before installing new. After that successfull instalation of TSVN I was
trying to install SVN 1.1.2 and
had problem with locked files again. I've uninstalled SVN itself and
after reboot, files wasn't locked anymore.....

BTW: is there need to uninstall old version of TSVN before upgrading ? I
don't thing so but when I upgrade TSVN without uninstaling previous
version first, will the Add/Remove programs dialog show both versions ?(
because a dont like that behaviour)
