[TSVN] Icon assessment

InSubVersion:
Shape is good, like the new extended tick. Happy as long as the green is
dark enough (and I think it is now).

Added:
Shape and colour are good. Plain & simple is best IMHO.

Deleted:
Not so keen on the shape myself, but that is just personal opinion. I
prefer a plainer cross, or if you want a painted look, a commonly used
shape seems to be the one used in Windows explorer itself (Win2K) / OE /
IrfanView, etc. The brush strokes gets lighter as they go left-right.

Modified:
Looks fine to me.

Conflicted:
This is the one I am least happy with, because it the one which really
needs to grab your attention so that you fix it. I am not sure how we
ended up with amber for conflict and red for modified. The other way
round seems more logical, but if we change it now it will only cause
more confusion. More ideas:
1. Is there a size restriction for the overlay, or can the conflicted
overlay grow a bit?
2. Would it work better with an upside-down triangle?
3. Triangle is nicely different, but it severely restricts the internal
area for drawing the exclamation mark. Is a yellow circle better?
4. Contrast between red and yellow is very poor. If you want a border it
needs to be blue/green/black, or a much darker red
5. How about a lightning bolt (yellow?) on dark background?
