That was it Mark. It was changed when a developer did a mass update on our
IBatis xml files.

There is no chance that Subversion or Subclipse did it. Possibly the
cvs2svn migration, but doubtful. Have you done an annotate to see what
revision changed that line? Most likely someone's editor did it and then
they committed the change. I'd say it is 95% likely that is what
happened.
