[Subclipse-users] " showing up in XML files

We have just moved from CVS to Subversion 1.3.1(Apache/2.0.58 (Win32)). We
have noticed that in some of our xml files we see a &qout; instead of the
quote (") symbol in Eclipse as well as if we view the file with a text
editor. We are also using Subclipse 1.0.0 (Eclipse 3.1.2) to check these
files out from Subversion. This may not be a Subversion issue or a
Subclipse issue but wanted to ask if anyone has seen anything like this. We
never noticed anything like this prior to the move to Subversion and
Subclipse.
