No, I wouldn't say that a delay of five days qualifies to be defined as
"hasty". I read the message from 2005-03-26 20:28:46Z a couple of days
later, but there weren't any definitive messages about "release tagging
happen at about [insert time here]" until a message dated 2005-03-31
03:06:34Z. After that, some minor changes was nominated, approved and
merged, the last one at 2005-04-01 16:05:16Z.
I don't know how closely the various translators follow the dev@ list,
but those messages could easily pass unnoticed. So maybe a special "last
warning" message Cc:'ed to the translators could be the way to do it.
