True, but it was also decided that if the bindings were not as important as
the rest of Subversion, that they should move to separate projects. If they
were as important as the rest, the goal would be to set up nightly tests
just as for the rest of the software.

I'm glad that this proposal is a step in the direction of integration and
QA.
