Our repository is open and available. You can check it out with:
svn checkout http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk svn-trunk

Commit access is granted as described in the HACKING document that you
apparently have seen. Just submit patches against the files and a
changelog to the list as outlined in HACKING.
