No. Since a lot of people don't have GNU gettext or choose to disable NLS, I
wouldn't expect every server to be able to perform server-side localizations.
I think it'd be a shame if we had to rely upon the server for translation.
This isn't like web pages where the translated content would be unknown. The
presence of an error code should be enough to allow standardized client-side
localization, I think. -- justin
