I've had problems with certain NAS servers (specifically NetApp); it is possible
to create directories which cannot be deleted or the owner changed. Maybe I'm
just unlucky, but several times I've had to resort to turning off the Windows
security and going in under the wire to delete or copy things. I'm sure it's
the combination of Domain security model and underlying security system, but it
is always triggered by the CREATOR_OWNER rights stomping on other security settings.
