A number of people noticed 'make check' failures following revision

Then Mike Pilato and Philip Martin started working to fix those

What's the state of the tree now? Is 'make check' supposed to pass
everywhere again? I ask because I'm about to test other patches

If someone can give me a reproduction recipe wherre the trunk is

Ok, On RedHat 7.3 (not 8.0) it is failing on rev 4548 on ra_svn on
prop_test.py 11: set and get a revprop change

Here is the tests.log:

CMD: svnadmin create repositories/prop_tests-11
CMD: svnadmin dump local_tmp/repos | svnadmin load
repositories/prop_tests-11
CMD: svn co --username jrandom --password rayjandom
svn://localhost/repositories/prop_tests-11
working_copies/prop_tests-11
CMD: svn propset --revprop -r 0 cash-sound cha-ching!
working_copies/prop_tests-11
svn: Bad address
svn: Write failure
FAIL: prop_tests.py 11: set and get a revprop change
END: prop_tests.py

Anything else I can provide? This is with apache-2.0.44 release,
db4-4.0.14, neon-0.23.5, zlib-1.1.4...what other information is needed?

   Thanks!
