Hmmm. We very recently added this test; before 4495, there was no
regression test for the `--revprop' functionality.

But why would it fail on RedHat 7.3 and not 8.0? Strange. If you can
debug further, that would be great...

 Anything else I can provide? This is with apache-2.0.44 release,
 db4-4.0.14, neon-0.23.5, zlib-1.1.4...what other information is needed?

Hopefully the Apache release doesn't matter, with ra_svn. :-)
