I disagree. I'd rather inconvenience the computers than the humans
and sign up for just one list.

If -s or -r options are used and they differ between email addresses
that get the commit emails, then this must be the case. Otherwise,
it may or may not be a good idea to send one email out to the separate
email addresses if you want the potential for reply-all to email
multiple addresses.
