No, we shouldn't have one list that receives all of the commits.
Split it out and then if you are interested, then you can
subscribe to all of the lists. IMHO, there is no need to have
multiple lists receiving the same emails.

This causes too much work for the mail servers (commit-email.pl
sends separate emails per hit rather than one email with distinct
To/CCs). -- justin
