Ah, well, bitrot will show. Bill, given that you haven't actively
maintained that code for quite some time, I think it's time to do two
things:

    * move svn_com to from /trunk/subversion/clients/win32 to
      /trunk/subversionbindings/COM
    * move WinSVN and SVNControls from /trunk/subversion/clients/win32
      to /clients/WinSVN

Any objections? If not, I'll do that, move svn.ico and svn.rc into
/trunk/build/win32, and remove svn_com from the default Windows build.
