I've got a running email to myself of all the various paths I've tried
and what's working, so when I finally get the full thing installed I'll
email the dev list with 1) what I downloaded, 2) the order I built
things, 3) where I built what re:nested systems and 4) all the
configuration command line args I used for every which piece.
