It's included with GNU Emacs these days?

My goodness, so it is -- lisp/pcvs*.el. I didn't realize that had
happened.

So now we have pcl-cvs ("pcvs") and vc-directory. Are they redundant,
complementary, or just unrelated? I don't know. Shoot 'em all, let
Jim sort 'em out! :-)
